Electrical Systems
Complete 12V and 120V electrical builds for vans, from lithium battery banks and inverter/chargers to fuse panels, shore power inlets, and full wiring harnesses. Every circuit is properly sized, fused, and labeled so you can troubleshoot it in the field without guessing. I build it the same way I'd wire an aircraft: clean terminations, service loops, and no shortcuts.
02
Solar & Lithium Battery
Roof-mounted solar arrays with sealed mounts, MPPT charge controllers, and lithium or AGM battery banks sized to your actual loads. I measure what you plan to run, then size the panels, controller, and batteries so the system works in winter, not just on paper. Storage, charging, and solar all talk to each other cleanly.
03
Heat (diesel heater installs)
Webasto and Chinese diesel heater installs with proper mounting, exhaust routing, combustion air intake, and fuel pickup. I duct the heat where you need it and wire the controls so you don't have to think about it when it's below freezing. Safety matters here — no fuel leaks, no exhaust back into the cabin.
04
Plumbing
Fresh water, grey water, pumps, filtration, sinks, outdoor showers, and tank monitors built to actually last on rough roads. I use PEX or reinforced hose, brass or high-quality plastic fittings, and test every joint before the panels go back on. Leaks are not acceptable.
05
Windows & Vents
Side and rear window cuts on Sprinter, Transit, and Promaster vans with clean bonded installs and trimmed interiors. I also install roof vents and fan systems with proper sealing and wiring so rain stays out and airflow works. No rust, no gaps, no rattles.
06
Custom Technical Installations
Roof racks, awnings, fridges, MaxxAir fans, switch panels, control displays, lighting — if it bolts, wires, or plumbs into a van, I can design and install it. I care about how things mount, how wires are routed, and how accessible they are for service down the road. One-off builds are welcome.
